ABOUT THE ROLE

1) Campaign Management

  • liaises with client to discuss product/service to be marketed and develops the most appropriate strategy to deliver the objectives;

  • defines target group and implements strategy through appropriate media planning work;

  • conceives advertising campaign to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way;

  • reviews and revises campaign strategy in light of campaign KPIs and takes appropriate corrective measures if necessary;

  • stays abreast of changes in media, readership or viewing figures and advertising rates;

  • outlines and implements event execution plan for client’s conferences, exhibitions, seminars, including high-level strategic planning as well as detailed logistics arrangements and execution;

  • Work closely with the suppliers and vendors for quotes, oversee event and campaign executions.

2) New Business Development:

  • Assist Managing Director and Manager in identifying business leads from current clients and prospects;

  • Engage with key client contacts through the personal network, event, and trade bodies, utilising inbound leads and proactive outbound engagement;

  • Manage and deliver a bespoke proposal for potential clients;

  • Keep business up to date with key market and competitive development;

  • Support the wider team in implementing marketing campaign

3) Content Production Management

  • Collaborate with production for digital graphic and animation for promotional materials;

  • Work closely with the production team for event activation, filming and editing promotional videos for campaigns and events;

  • Localise and write marketing content in local languages;

  • On-site event management


 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in marketing, event management, and PR, with at least 2 years of experience in account management.

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in Japanese or Korean would be an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture and media landscape.

  • Excellent ability to create professional press releases and social media content in both traditional and simplified Chinese.

  • Familiarity with the city and a keen eye for the latest trends.

  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Willingness to embrace a flexible and dynamic environment.
